Drain cleaning
Kitchen, bath and laundry lines cleared mechanically. Faster than chemicals and far kinder to older pipes.
Slow drains, blocked toilets and sewer backups, cleared at the cause. We tell you honestly whether it will come back — and what it takes to stop it.

Hair, grease and soap build-up removed at the trap or further down the line, wherever it actually sits.
When the plunger stops working, the blockage is usually past the bowl. We find it and clear it.
Cracked, collapsed or root-invaded lines repaired or replaced, with the cause identified first.
High-pressure water that scours the pipe wall clean. The answer for grease and recurring blockages.
We look inside the line before quoting big work, so you are not paying to dig on a guess.
Drains almost never fail suddenly. They slow down first — a sink that takes a few seconds too long, a tub that pools around your feet, a gurgle from a nearby fixture when the washing machine drains. Those are the signs a blockage is building, and clearing it at that stage is a straightforward job.
They handle light, local clogs. Repeated chemical use corrodes older pipes from the inside, and neither touches roots, collapsed sections or grease packed further down the line. Mechanical clearing reaches what they cannot.
They are not. Wipes do not break down the way toilet paper does. They snag, collect grease and form blockages that are a genuinely common call for us across the GTA.
Hot water only moves the grease further along before it cools and hardens on the pipe wall. It builds up in layers until the line closes. This is one of the most common causes of recurring kitchen blockages.
A drain that clears slowly is a drain that is already partly blocked. It is telling you it has weeks or months left, not that it is healthy.
We clear the line mechanically, or with hydro jetting where grease and build-up call for it. You get your drain back on the same visit.
A blockage that keeps coming back has a cause — roots, a belly in the line, a cracked section. Where it matters, we camera the line and show you what we find.
Sometimes the answer is a clean and you are done. Sometimes it is a repair. We tell you which, with the evidence, and never sell you the bigger job when the smaller one works.

It depends on where the blockage sits and what is causing it. A straightforward sink or tub clog is at the low end; a main line blockage or a job needing hydro jetting costs more. We quote a firm price before starting, always.
Common signs are repeated blockages in the same line, several fixtures draining slowly at once, or gurgling from a floor drain. Older properties in Oakville, Burlington and Etobicoke with mature trees and clay pipe are the usual candidates. A camera inspection confirms it.
Hydro jetting uses high-pressure water to scour the inside of the pipe rather than just punch a hole through the clog. It is the right answer for grease build-up and recurring blockages. For a one-off simple clog, it is overkill and we will say so.
We would rather you did not. It rarely helps with a real blockage, it can damage older pipes, and it makes the line hazardous for whoever opens it up. Just call us.
